Abstract

Meningiomas are the most common brain tumor. It can appear in different aspects or even calcified forms. Locations at the cerebellopontine angle have been described in the literature. We report two cases of calcified meningioma of the cerebellopontine angle in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa). 68-year-old and 56-year-old patients operated under microscope by retrosigmoid approach with favorable outcome. The diagnostic and therapeutic aspects as well as the evolution of the patients are discussed.
